The Hospitality Learning and Job Creation Hub is a specialized training, apprenticeship and placement programme for the hospitality industry in Ghana. An initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), under the Special Initiative on Training and Job Creation in Ghana, trainees on graduating from this programme gain immediate employment opportunities within various hospitality centres (hotels, eateries, recreational centres.)

Workforce Graduate Trainee Programme 2022 | Nigeria
This programme is suitable for anyone with aspirations of working in a hospitality customer service role, at all levels of employment and is for employees who deal with customers face-to-face or over the telephone.
The programme will take place over a 10-week period (August – November 2021), comprising:
– 4 weeks of training
– 2 weeks of testing
– 1 week of simulation
– 3 weeks for placements
Criteria for Applicants:
– Male or female youth (aged 18-35) who are experiencing prolonged unemployment
– Hospitality staff who lost their job during the COVID-19 crises
– Postgraduates without job prospects
– Interest in developing customer service skills
– Ability to participate in the programme for the 10-week duration
– Must be resident in Ghana, preferably based in Accra
