Open call for applications – Eden Solutions & Resources Office Administrator Recruitment. Eden a leading human resource organization that specializes on recruiting, training, management consultancy and other HR services. We are presently growing our team and seek to hire an office administrator whose key responsibility is performing administrative duties for the company.

 

Job descriptions:

  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, clients files, and other files related to the company’s operations
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment
  • Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
  • Coordinate events and speaking engagements
  • Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures
  • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
  • Assist colleagues whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Job requirements:

  • Minimum of OND, HND or B.SC in administration or related field
  •  Minimum of 1-2 years experience in similar position
  • Excellent leadership, time management and organizational skills
  • Proven excellence as an office assistant, office administrator or in another relevant position
  • Outstanding abilities to communicate in person, in writing and over the phone
  • Familiarity with common procedures and basic account principles used in the office
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office management tools and applications
  • Ability to Multitask
