The NSFAS Login Portal is a website that allows you to register for courses, pay tuition and other fees, and login to your NSFAS account.
Overview
NSFAS is a government entity under the Department of Higher Education and Training established according to the NSFAS Act (Act 56 of 1999) to provide financial support to disadvantaged students who wish to further their studies at public universities or TVET colleges.
If you have forgotten your username or password, you can reset them by clicking on “Forgot Password” or “Forgot Username” under the Login button at the top of the page. You will then be prompted to enter your NSFAS ID number and email address. Once this is done, you will receive an email with a link which will allow you to reset your password or username.

How To Retrieve Your Forgotten NSFAS Login Details
If you are an NSFAS student and have lost your login details, there is a way to retrieve them.
Step 1: Go to the NSFAS login portal, https://nsfas.africa/login/, and log in with your username and password.
Step 2: If you have forgotten your password, click on the “Forgot Password” button to request for a new password.
Step 3: If you have forgotten your username or other details, click on “I don’t know my Username or other Details” and fill out the form that pops up.
Step 4: Click on Submit Request button when done filling out the form.
